Social Media / Google Ads Management:

Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing goals. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Tik-Tok). Manage community engagement by responding to comments and fostering discussions. Track and analyze key metrics to evaluate campaign performance and provide reports with actionable insights.

Graphic Design:

Create and maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing materials, including social media graphics, logos, and promotional marketing designs such as brochures and presentations, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

Video Editing:

Produce and edit high-quality videos for social media, including promotional, educational, and testimonial content. Optimize videos for various platforms, ensuring adherence to best practices for engagement and discoverability. Collaborate with team members to streamline video production and integration into social media campaigns.

Key Skills:

Proficiency in social media platforms, graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Gimp or the likes), and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Capcut, Filmora, etc). Strong understanding of visual storytelling, data analysis, and content marketing. Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a collaborative mindset.

Administrative Tasks:

Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events for individuals or teams. Manage multiple calendars and ensure timely reminders are sent. Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.

Responsibilities:

Visual Design: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to showcase website layouts, color palettes, typography, imagery, and overall aesthetic. Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and user experience principles. Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces that are easy to navigate and provide a seamless experience for visitors.

Responsive Design: Create websites that adapt seamlessly to different screen sizes and devices, ensuring optimal viewing across desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.

Collaboration: Work closely with web developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented accurately.

Project Management: Manage design projects effectively, meeting deadlines and adhering to budget constraints.

Stay Up-to-Date: Keep abreast of the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in website design.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in website design and development, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills. Excellent understanding of design principles, user experience (UX), and user interface (UI) best practices. Proficiency in web design and graphics software such as Wordpress, Wixia, Aacio, Google sites, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Sketch. Familiarity with responsive design principles and techniques. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Passion for creating engaging and effective websites.
